OPEN DISCUSSION: Psychi of Grief

The start of November marks All Souls’ Day — a time to pause and remember those who are no longer with us. This open discussion invites reflection on loss, memory, and the ways grief shapes who we are. A gentle conversation about how we carry those we’ve lost and what this time of year can teach us about connection and renewal.

Date and time:  November 5th, 13:00 to 14:30

Address: Saulėtekio al. 5, Vilnius University Library, Scholarly Communication and Information Centre, Seminar Room A119

GROUP THERAPIES: Emotional Mirror - The concept of Manipulation in my life

Over four sessions, participants will explore common thought patterns like “Am I in the right place?”, “Why is this person unfair to me?”, or “Why am I not appreciated?” — and learn to see them from new perspectives. The group offers a space for reflection and self-awareness, combining the Ekman emotional model, DBT tools, Motivational Interviewing, and sensory exercises to better understand how thoughts, emotions, and actions connect.

Starting: November 8th (Saturdays), from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with breaks)
Address: Saulėtekio al. 9, Vilnius University, II Jungiamieji Rūmai (Joint Building II), 2nd floor, Room 225 Entrance via the Faculty of Physics
