wan san yip ID1yWa1Wpx0 unsplashThis year, commencing the first ever Best Paper Award evaluation for 2022. The purpose of this award is to recognize the best refereed paper published in the volume year of the Information & Media journal.

As per rules of the evaluation, which were developed by the efforts of the Editorial Board, Editorial Board members shall evaluate all papers published (in English) in 2022 - 10 papers are included in the evaluation sheet.

Prof. T.D. Wilson was nominated as the chairman of the jury for this year and shall oversee the evaluation process.

Evaluations should be submitted by March 13.

Under the ideal circumstances, each jury member will have evaluated all 10 papers published this year. At the same time, given the interdisciplinary nature of Information & Media journal and the diverse expertise of the Editorial Board, the jury members may find some of the papers to be out scope of their expertise and omit these papers from their evaluation.

The award for works published in Lithuanian is planned to be organized in 2023.
