This course presents a practical methodology for understanding business communication peculiarities in intercultural environment through covering basic concepts of business protocol and etiquette, basic information about the role and importance of the protocol in contemporary business interactions as far as international business customs, professional behavior and office courtesy.

The aim of the course is

to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge in business communication and etiquette and to help them practical coherent implementation of principles guiding the development of communication competence.
