International Summer School Country Image and Information Warfare will be organized in Vilnius, 6-10 of June 2016. Intensive summer course is established by Faculty of Communication and three academic partners from Turība University, Estonian Business School, and Uppsala University. The project is granted by Nordplus Higher Education.
Participants from four countries will be encouraged to discuss on topics about information warfare, propaganda, political sciences, state image building, crisis communication, mass media, and public relations. After successful accomplishment of the intensive course participant will get the certificate and will obtain 6 ECTS credits. Participant’s travel and accommodation charges will be covered by organizers.
13th November 2015 project partners will meet in Vilnius for summer school workshop and they will develop summer school activities and agenda.
Summer school Country Image and Information Warfare is part of the long-term network’s Strategic communication competencies for leadership (SCCL) (developing under NordPlus Higher Education programme framework) activities. SCCL network unites leading communication schools in Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden and Estonia working in the field of communication. Every member of the network has its’ own exclusive competence in specific areas of communication and all together partner institutions as a result strengthen position in the regional and international academic landscape.
